AFTER DARK SCREAM PARK
FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY MEDIA RELEASE
AND NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

1. MEDIA RELEASE

I, the undersigned, hereby grant permission to After Dark Scream Park (“ADSP”), its representatives, agents, employees, licensees, and assigns to:

• Photograph, film, and otherwise record my image, likeness, and performance during the marketing film shoot at the above date and location.

• Use, reproduce, edit, modify, and publish these photographs and recordings in any format, including but not limited to print, digital media, social media, promotional materials, advertising, and publicity, both now and in the future, worldwide and in perpetuity.

• Use my name, voice, and likeness in connection with the above materials, without restriction or compensation.

I understand and agree that all copyrights and intellectual property in the created materials will belong solely to ADSP. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any use to which it may be applied. I release ADSP from any claims or liability arising out of the use of my image, likeness, or voice as described above.

2. CONFIDENTIALITY / NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA)

In consideration of my involvement in this project, I acknowledge that I may be exposed to confidential and proprietary information, including but not limited to:

• Creative concepts, scripts, and storylines

• Set designs, makeup, costumes, and special effects

• Marketing strategies and unpublished content

• Any behind-the-scenes information or materials

I agree not to disclose, discuss, or share any such confidential information, images, footage, or details about the production with anyone outside the ADSP team, including on social media, without prior written permission from ADSP management. This obligation remains in effect both during and after the project.

I understand that any breach of confidentiality may result in legal action and disqualification from current or future ADSP events.

3. GENERAL TERMS

• I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older. (If not, a parent/guardian must also sign below.)

• I understand participation is voluntary and I may withdraw at any time, but this will not affect ADSP’s rights to materials already captured.

• I agree to follow all instructions, safety guidelines, and codes of conduct provided by ADSP staff during the shoot.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Filming & Photography Media Release and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
